💔ANNOUNCEMENT 💔

Friends, competitors, and supporters,
Please find an important update below.

While this is sombering news, and a decision we prayed would not come, it indeed has.
We are thankful for the 10 wonderful years and for all of you. We are at the point where entries no longer cover expenses, and this was the only path forward. We will cherish all the memories, lessons learned and pivotal moments.

We also know we can’t make everyone happy, but we dang sure tried.

The economy has taken its toll and unfortunately it became apparent that our competitors were expressing wanting to get out of fees and cutting corners for showbills, it affected the profit and wellbeing of OkHSA.

All 2024 current members will be refunded membership fee on a pro-rated basis splitting the remainder balance in the operating budget. You will be mailed a check with the address provided on your membership form in the next 30 days.

WE THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT IN THIS HARD UPDATE & THANK YOU FOR THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE A PART OF YOUR LIVES.

We hope to see you down the road and wish you well in all your future endeavors.
