OkHSA Ranch Show Entry Form

  • Move in starts Friday at 3 PM.

  • This is just a pre-entry, you still must check in at the show office to complete your entry

  • Must provide current negative coggins upon arrival for any and all horses on site!

  • Entries must be filled out for each Exhibitor/Horse combination

    • Do NOT enter multiple exhibitors and/or horses on one form​

    • Entry Forms submitted with multiple exhibitors and/or horses listed will be excluded

    • If you have a rider to put in the Leadline/Challenged Rider class, please submit a separate entry for them so we can capture their name and horse's name appropriately

  • For ease and accuracy of tracking points throughout the year, it is important you enter exhibitor and horse names the same way for each show.

  • Entries for any classes in the first section (classes 1 through 5 MUST be fully completed at the show office by Saturday morning at 7:30, NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • The show office will close promptly at 7:30 AM until 8:30 AM to ensure the show starts smoothly and promptly.
